Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Luxury Perfume Salesman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end fragrance sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to deliver a premium in-store experience aligned with luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized customer service to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending suitable fragrances

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Demonstrate deep knowledge of luxury perfume brands, notes, and collections

Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and repeat customers

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally

Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and competitor offerings

Support store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury perfume or high-end retail sales

Strong knowledge of fragrance families, ingredients, and niche brands

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
