Luxury Real Estate 3D Animator

AHS Properties, a prestigious name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a talented Luxury Real Estate 3D Animator to join our innovative Creative and Marketing teams. In this role, you will create realistic and high-impact 3D animations for architectural developments, yachts, and marketing campaigns. This role is key in producing immersive visuals that highlight the brand's craftsmanship and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and render 3D models and animations for property walkthroughs and yacht presentations
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to translate concepts into visual motion
• Develop realistic lighting, textures, and animation sequences
• Create short 3D teasers, CGI visuals, and interactive content for campaigns
• Ensure render quality, optimization, and delivery within deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in 3D animation, preferably within the luxury real estate sector
• Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g. Blender, 3ds Max, Maya) and familiarity with video editing tools
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your animation skills and showcases your ability to create engaging, high-quality content
• Exceptional creative skills, with a keen eye for design, movement, and detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with a team and take direction from stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for storytelling through animation and a strong desire to push the boundaries of creativity within luxury real estate
