In this role, you will lead-generate and guide your clients through the processes of buying, selling and leasing property. You will own your success with the support of systems, training, and the experience of a team with over 20 years in the business. We are searching for someone who is committed to and passionate about real estate, operates with outstanding communication abilities, and consistently delivers memorably top-notch customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information and answering client inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and relevant advice.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive nature
• Exceptional at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying client needs
• Proficient in prospecting and lead generation
• Skilled in overcoming objections with ease
• Collaborative team player
• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and growth-oriented
• Highly organized
• Willing to learn and utilize scripts and dialogues
• Superior time management skills
