Luxury Real Estate Consultant (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a Russian-speaking Luxury Real Estate Consultant to work with high-net-worth clients in Dubai’s premium residential market.

• Both emphasize client relationship management and deal closing

• Self-motivated, performance-oriented professionals
• Experience with high-value or client-facing roles

3. Responsibilities

• Managing listings and client portfolios
• Conducting viewings and negotiations
• Advising clients with market knowledge
• Coordinating with admin/marketing/compliance teams

4. Compensation Structure

• Commission-based role
• 55%–80% commission
• Uncapped earning potential
