• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

• Qualify the incoming leads with quick response times.
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system for continuing to work with them over the life cycle.
• Attend in-person meetings on Wednesdays and Google Meet meetings on Fridays.

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
• +1 year of real estate sales experience

• Over 1 year of real estate experience in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
• Must possess a real estate license.
• A recent college graduate familiar with the area might be considered without the experience requirement.
