Blackbook Properties
Blackbook Properties is a boutique luxury real estate brokerage focused on Miami’s condo market. We help buyers, sellers, developers, and investors understand and move through the luxury real estate market with clarity, taste, and confidence. Our brand is built on trust, expertise, strong visuals, and a deep understanding of Miami living. The way we show our properties, agents, neighborhoods, and lifestyle matters. Video is one of the most important ways we tell that story. We are looking for a creative, polished, high-energy Videographer who can help us bring the Blackbook brand to life through beautiful property tours, lifestyle footage, agent content, neighborhood videos, preconstruction content, and social media reels. This is a role for someone who loves visuals, people, storytelling, architecture, design, and the energy of Miami.
The Role
We are hiring a part-time Videographer to help us create compelling video content that makes people feel something. This is not just about pressing record. We want someone who understands how to capture luxury, guide people on camera, find the right angle, create energy during a shoot, and make a property or person look their best. You will work closely with our marketing team, video editor, leadership team, and top real estate agents to shoot content for YouTube, Instagram, property marketing, agent branding, and company campaigns. Most of the role will focus on filming. Editing may come up occasionally, but the main responsibility is capturing strong raw footage and delivering it in an organized, timely way to our editing team. The right person is creative, upbeat, professional, reliable, and comfortable leading the energy of a shoot. Real estate videos can be long, detailed, and fast-moving. We need someone who brings good energy, helps the person on camera feel comfortable, and keeps the shoot moving in the right direction.
