Compensation: $4,000/month base + 0.5% commission

Overview

Join our growing luxury resale company as a Full-Time Operations Associate, where precision, organization, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining high standards across product handling, listings, and client coordination.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of a fast-paced luxury resale business specializing in brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and more. You will work closely with the operations and sourcing team to ensure inventory accuracy, listing quality, and smooth client interactions.

This is an on-site position in Santa Clara and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in the luxury resale industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily merchandise intake and ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Conduct product photography and prepare images according to listing standards
• Create and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Organize, categorize, and maintain physical inventory
• Coordinate shipping and logistics for outgoing and incoming goods
• Schedule and communicate with clients regarding appointments and product inquiries
• Assist buyers with authentication preparation and sourcing support
• Maintain organized documentation and operational records

Qualifications

• Strong interest in luxury fashion and resale industry
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using office software and e-commerce platforms
• Strong communication skills (bilingual abilities preferred)
• Prior experience in resale, retail, e-commerce, or inventory management is a plus
