Summary

You have the opportunity to grow with us as a Listing Agent. We provide the real estate expertise, Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer that will save you time, provide meaningful touches to your clients and empower your career trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded

• Excellent time management skills
