Compensation & Earnings Potential

• $55,000 guaranteed base during training
• Commission + bonuses + incentives
• Typical earnings: $75,000–$95,000
• Top performers exceed $110,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in our showroom
• Learn our premium product lines and become a subject matter expert
• Provide outstanding customer service and consultative sales guidance
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text
• Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Qualifications

You don’t need furniture experience, but you do need drive, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
