We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our newest watch boutiques — IWC Schaffhausen and Panerai — at the Cherry Creek Shopping Mall! We’re currently seeking experienced luxury retail sales professionals to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the watch or jewelry industry, along with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Position Overview: Retail Sales Professional

As a Retail Sales Professional at The 1916 Company, you will play a key role in driving revenue by delivering an exceptional client experience and showcasing our curated selection of luxury watches. This is a hourly plus 2% commission-based role, ideal for individuals passionate about luxury retail and committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by engaging clients and recommending products based on their needs and preferences
  • Build lasting relationships through personalized service and expert product knowledge
  • Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed on product features, benefits, and trends
  • Maintain showroom presentation through daily inventory checks and merchandising
  • Ensure showcases are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory 3–5 years of proven success in luxury watches or jewelry
  • Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment and consumer behavior
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
