The Role

The Sales & Design Specialist is the face of Linen Society — a trusted guide, a skilled storyteller, and a devoted builder of relationships. We operate at the highest tier of luxury retail. This is a role for someone who is internally driven, holds themselves to an exceptional standard, and is energized by the direct connection between their effort and their results.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as an in-house designer for our customers — guiding them creatively through one of the most personal spaces in their home and helping them arrive somewhere truly beautiful
  • Partner with customers on their design vision — layering textures, playing with color, and bringing a room to life through the details that make it feel complete and intentional
  • Develop beautiful, tailored proposals that reflect each customer’s taste, space, and lifestyle — and evolve them as the vision grows
  • Celebrate the details that others might overlook — the perfect finishing touch, the just-right recommendation, the thoughtful follow-up — because those moments are what transform a purchase into an experience
  • Stay genuinely curious about the world of interiors, textiles, and design — and bring that perspective into every conversation
  • Know your numbers, own your results, and bring a self-motivated hunger to grow
  • Be a true ambassador of the brand — in how you present, how you communicate, and how you show up every day
  • Create genuinely memorable experiences for every person who walks through our door — from the first greeting to the final follow-up
  • Build a client portfolio rooted in real, lasting relationships — remembering the details, honoring the trust, and showing up for customers long after the sale is complete
  • Treat every client relationship as a long-term investment — nurturing connections over months and years so that Linen Society becomes the first place they think of, every time

You Are

  • Experienced in luxury retail, interior design, or high-touch hospitality — 2+ years preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
