Role Overview

We seek a polished, results-driven Luxury Sales Associate to elevate our high-end furniture client experience. You will represent our brand’s exclusivity, drive sales through personalized service, and cultivate long-term client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage affluent clients through consultative selling, understanding their bespoke furniture needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain expert knowledge of luxury furniture collections, materials, and design trends.
• Process orders, manage client deliveries, and resolve post-sale inquiries.
• Collaborate with interior designers and VIP clients on custom projects.
• Uphold brand standards in showroom presentation and client interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience (furniture, interior design, or high-end retail preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling high-value transactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼8,500.00 per month
