Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and drive growth within our sales team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, implement sales strategies, and ensure excellence in every client transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in roadshows, property exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Lead, mentor, guide, and manage a team of real estate agents.
  • Monitor Dubai’s real estate market trends, providing insights to enhance sales performance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven managerial experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
