Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling ultra-high-end Swiss watches and designer fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cultivating relationships with affluent clientele, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Drive sales by effectively promoting and selling luxury Swiss watches and designer fine jewelry to a high-net-worth clientele.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized shopping experiences tailored to their individual tastes and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury Swiss watches, fine jewelry, and emerging trends within the luxury market, ensuring you can provide clients with expert guidance.
  • Exceeding Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass individual and store-wide sales goals, maximizing performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver a white-glove level of service to all clients, handling inquiries, private viewings, and bespoke services with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand with the utmost professionalism, promoting its heritage, craftsmanship, and values to both new and existing clients.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing high-value inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and maintaining the quality and presentation of products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a highly skilled sales team, sharing insights and supporting each other to achieve collective success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in luxury sales, specifically in Swiss watches and designer fine jewelry.
  • Demonstrated success in high-net-worth client management and delivering personalized customer experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss watch brands, luxury jewelry houses, and the overall luxury market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and close high-value sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining impeccable standards of service.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong networking skills and a willingness to actively seek out new client relationships.
