Position Overview:
As a Luxury Service Server/Host, you are the face of the guest experience—from the first impression to the final farewell. This dual-role position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining a warm, welcoming presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Hosting:

• Greet every guest with a warm, polished, and genuine welcome
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow with efficiency and poise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing host stand and entry
• Set the tone for an elevated, memorable experience from arrival

Service Excellence:

• Provide attentive, detail-oriented table service with a focus on personalization
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and specials
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver service with timing, precision, and care
• Create a seamless and memorable dining experience that encourages repeat visits

Brand Representation:

• Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members
• Handle guest concerns with composure, empathy, and urgency
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in upscale or high-volume environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and composure
• Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
