Lending Coordinator – Fashion Boutique

About Us

We are a premium fashion boutique specializing in bridal and formal wear rentals. Our unique concept connects fashion-forward clients with high-quality designer and branded outfits on rent. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Lending Coordinator who has a strong background in the fashion industry and a keen eye for trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with lenders (designers/brands/individuals) who provide dresses for rental.
• Review and evaluate new dresses for onboarding: assess style, trend relevance, and client demand.
• Coordinate with management to finalize which outfits should be added to the boutique’s collection.
• Negotiate and finalize rental pricing with lenders.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and advise management accordingly.

Requirements

• Experience in the fashion industry (preferably as a sales associate/executive with a brand, designer, or boutique).
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, bridal wear, and formal wear.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between designers, clients, and management.
• Degree/diploma in Fashion or related field is a strong plus.

Timings 12 to 9
Monday to Saturday
