Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex. Dallas Nephrology Associates has an immediate opening for a service oriented LVN to provide clinical back office support amongst our office practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Clinical duties include charting, blood pressures, EKGs etc. Requirements include a minimum of 1-2 yrs clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital setting. Good venipuncture and injection experience is preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Nephrology experience desired. Current CPR or BLS certification required, and an active and valid driver's license. Current LVN license required. High school diploma required. Required to travel to any DNA clinic as needed.

Requirements:

• Current and valid CMA or LVN license REQUIRED
• Valid Drivers License is REQUIRED
• Reliable Transportation REQUIRED
• 1-2 yrs clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital setting
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Good venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Dialysis experience desired.
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED

Starting salary is determined by years of experience in a similar role, experience with nephrology, and bilingual (English/Spanish) status. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will earn up to $1 more per hour. To ensure fairness and consistency across the team, pay rates for this position are not negotiable, as employees with the same title are compensated within the same established pay structure.

Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will earn between ~$27 - $28/hour upon hire.

Candidates with experience between 5-10 years will earn ~$28 - 30/hour upon hire.

Candidates with 10+ years experience will earn ~$30+/hour upon hire.
