Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as emr like Cerner, or other similar platforms.

Experience:
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including patients with physical disabilities
- Experience working with family of disable client
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and its usage in patient care.
- Familiarity with coding practices related to nursing documentation.
- Knowledge of speak directly with patient, not to any companion or family member that the patient may have

Overnight shifts- LVN

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
