LVN or Strong Certified Medical Assistant

We are a fast-paced, team-driven internal medicine practice providing care across multiple settings, including in-clinic visits, house calls, and telemedicine. Our providers see a high volume of patients daily, and we’re looking for a capable, organized LVN or CMA who can keep pace while maintaining a high standard of care.

In this role, you’ll manage a personal caseload of 65+ patients and play a key part in both clinical support and care coordination. You’ll work closely with physicians and nurse practitioners in a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to patient flow and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room patients and assist with intake and documentation
  • Scribe for providers across in-person and telemedicine visits
  • Manage prescription refills and assist with prior authorizations
  • Prepare for and assist with in-office procedures
  • Collect and process lab specimens
  • Coordinate referrals, labs, and diagnostic orders
  • Track outstanding labs, imaging, and referrals for field NPs
  • Schedule appointments and support front office functions as needed (phones, check-in/out)
  • Communicate daily with staff at our second clinic location in Katy, TX to coordinate patient care and workflows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload (30+ patients/day across the practice)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks
  • Availability for very rare, occasional travel to our Katy, TX location for training and collaboration
  • TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS REQUIRED. We are a small but busy practice, having functional time management is a necessity.

Practice Scope:
We provide a broad range of services, including primary care, urgent care, women’s health, dermatology, minor procedures (including I&Ds), travel medicine, immunizations, infusions, phlebotomy, STD screening, and more.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
