Your Role as a Nurse Aide Instructor:

Provide 40 hours of clinical instruction per program session, as required by HHSC

Teach hands-on skills to future CNAs in a supportive clinical environment

Ensure students are prepared and confident for their certification exams

Follow Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) training standards Requirements:

✔Active LVN or RN license in Texas

✔ At least one year of nursing experience (long-term care)

✔ Passion for teaching and mentoring students

✔ Reliable, professional, and committed to student success:

$1,200 per full program (40 hours)
