LVN Staffing Development Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Staffing Development Coordinator/LVN to join our team. This role is integral to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, expertise in talent acquisition, and experience with HRIS systems such as Workday. The LVN Staffing Development Coordinator will oversee recruitment processes, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and support workforce planning initiatives to ensure organizational growth and success.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws.
• Manage employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning initiatives to foster employee development.
• Support employee relations efforts by assisting in conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training & development programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

*****MUST HAVE A CURRENT LVN LICENSE*******

• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across departments and external partners to support talent acquisition goals.
