The Opportunity: An Invitation to Elite Clinical Care

Lotus Lymphatic is a premium, elite recovery destination in Austin, specializing in high-fidelity lymphatic clearance and post-operative results. We don’t follow generic trends; we provide bespoke clinical protocols designed for the most discerning and proactive patients.

We are seeking a dedicated CERTIFIED (CMLDT) Lymphatic Therapist to join our team during this pivotal expansion. The Expansion Timeline: From Oak Hill to Westlake

Lotus Lymphatic is currently in a high-growth "bridge" phase. We are presently operating out of our Oak Hill location as we await the completion of our state-of-the-art flagship build-out in Westlake.

Our Transition Plan:

• Phase 1 (Current): You will start at our Oak Hill location for the initial contract hours.

The Schedule (Starting in Oak Hill)

• Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)
• Wednesdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Phase 2 (Late Summer/Early Fall 2026): We will move into our custom-built, medical-grade suite in the Westlake/360 corridor.
• The Career Path: Upon moving to the Westlake flagship, full-time hours will become available. This role is designed for a practitioner who wants to grow with us and eventually move into a full-time, high-fidelity clinical role in our new permanent home.

Who You Are: The Bespoke Practitioner

At Lotus, we value a bespoke approach to healing. You are a Vodder-certified practitioner who understands that elite results require an elite mindset. You are professional, poised, and obsessed with the science of recovery. While most listings require 3+ years of experience, we focus on caliber and certification over tenure. We are looking for the right person to mold into our premium standards.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Certification via the Vodder Technique.
• Active Texas Massage Therapy License.

The Lotus Advantage (Preferred):

• Licensed Esthetician: Enhancing our ability to provide skin-centric, clinical care.
• Experience with post op and prenatal care.
• Sales & Advocacy: Experience in articulating the clinical value of restorative protocols.
• Usui Reiki Master: A background in nervous system regulation and holistic flow.
