Position Type: Part Time, 20 hours/weekly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, two 10-hour shifts, variable days

Your role with us

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll play a key role in patient care by using evidence-based treatments to help individuals with a variety of orthopedic conditions, in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting. You’ll be part of a team that collaborates to create personalized therapy plans aimed at improving overall functional ability.

What you'll do

  • Provide thorough, evidence‑based evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to outpatient functional goals.
  • Deliver goal‑oriented interventions focused on neuromuscular rehabilitation, upper extremity function, cognitive and perceptual retraining.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary group of providers—including PT, Speech, physicians, and care coordinators—to support comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, strategies, and resources to promote long‑term success and self‑management.
  • Document clearly and communicate professionally to support smooth patient flow, team collaboration, and high‑quality outcomes.

Required qualifications

  • Holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.

Additional information

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.
  • Successful candidate will have clinical experience in the practice setting.
