Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Administer medications, observe vital signs, and manage wound care with diligence, precision, and empathy.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical treatments, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery guidelines, and safe medication administration.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with healthcare policies and documentation standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust, emotional support, and holistic healing.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
