Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans that address specific medical and emotional needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound management with precision, empathy, and attention to safety.
• Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes, recovery expectations, and proper medication practices.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and institutional guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that promotes trust, emotional well-being, and holistic recovery.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
