Hiring for Office 365 Support Engineer | Work from Office | Kochi, Kerala
Note: Graduate/ Post graduate with 1-2 years of Office 365 troubleshooting experience can apply.
Experience on Office 365 administration is mandatory
- Remote and onsite user support and assistance
- Daily systems maintenance and performance checks
- Backup checks and remediation
- Desktop device installation, configuration and support
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors
Required Candidate profile
Must have hands on experience on Office 365 troubleshooting / Exchange Server / AD Azure.
- Experience in a Level 1 IT Support role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and Active Directory;
- Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A strong customer focused approach;
- A strong work ethic;
- A great team player; and
- A positive "can do" attitude.
