AET is seeking a a M365 Quality Assurance Analyst to work for a Government client based out of Washington, D.C. The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures that all M365 Contractor Support Services are delivered in compliance with IRS performance, quality, governance, and contractual requirements. This position supports the Contractor’s management approach by embedding structured QA practices across communications, documentation, system changes, release management, and multi-project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute QA plans, testing protocols, validation checklists, and performance metrics for all M365 deliverables.
  • Validate compliance with IRS requirements for SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform, OneDrive, AvePoint, and Copilot-enabled features.
  • Monitor performance indicators and support governance reporting for transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform quality reviews of code, Power Platform solutions, .NET components, automations, scripts, and system configurations.
  • Support the Contractor’s communication and documentation methodology for contract compliance.
  • Validate configuration changes including permissions, retention, compliance policies, automation logic, and SharePoint customizations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting functional issues across the M365 suite and AvePoint Online Services.
  • Partner with security and engineering teams to ensure consistent standards and coordinated delivery.
  • Maintain QA artifacts and ensure timely reporting of defects, risks, and quality findings.
Qualifications:
  • Currently obtain an Active Public Trust clearance.

Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Microsoft 365 Cloud Suite in complex corporate or federal environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and reviewing solution quality.
  • Understanding of .NET applications, scripting, and UI/UX elements for validation purposes.
  • PowerShell experience for test automation and validation tasks.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Administration, permissions, and Power Platform development.
  • Familiarity with Copilot for Power Apps/Automate, AI Builder, and AI-generated configurations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business unit relationships.
