M&A Advisor – Business Acquisitions (Dubai)

GenZone is a rapidly growing Dubai-based corporate services firm managing over 1,000 companies. We specialize in business setup, corporate structuring, residency visas, compliance, and real estate advisory.

We are expanding through acquisitions and are seeking an experienced M&A Advisor to help identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute acquisitions of business setup firms and related service providers in Dubai and across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate acquisition targets (business setup firms, accounting firms, PRO companies, brokerages)
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation
• Lead negotiations and structure deals (cash, earn-outs, equity)
• Oversee due diligence with legal and financial teams
• Support post-acquisition integration strategy

Requirements:

• 3+ years in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Experience valuing service-based businesses
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Familiarity with the UAE corporate landscape preferred

• Retainer + success-based compensation

• Potential equity participation for the right candidate
