Growth Cluster is a healthcare-focused sell-side advisory firm specializing in dental practice transitions. The firm works directly with practice owners navigating multi-million dollar exits to private equity-backed Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and strategic buyers.

The team manages the full transaction lifecycle — from financial preparation and valuation through negotiations and closing — helping founders maximize the value of their life’s work.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior M&A Advisor to lead sell-side transactions within the dental vertical.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will manage end-to-end transactions, act as a trusted advisor to practice owners, and structure complex deals involving private equity-backed DSOs.

The firm provides deal flow and infrastructure support — your focus is on deal execution, advisory, and closing.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a pipeline of dental practice sell-side transactions
  • Conduct valuations using EBITDA normalization and dental-specific benchmarks
  • Lead negotiations with DSOs and private equity groups
  • Structure complex deals including earn-outs, equity rolls, and holdbacks
  • Oversee financial diligence, including P&L and tax return analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental operators and buyers
  • Represent the firm at select industry conferences and meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring and financial analysis
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or professional services is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple active transactions
  • CRM and pipeline management discipline

Compensation

  • $100,000 base salary
  • Performance-based structure with significant upside
  • Typical total earnings: $350,000–$450,000 annually
  • Top performers: $600,000+

Flexible work structure with some travel required for conferences and client meetings.
