 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support execution of M&amp;A transactions from origination through closing
 </li>
 <li>
 Build financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients and advisors
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;7 years of experience in M&amp;A, investment banking, or corporate finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
 </li>
 </ul>
