Their M&A practice remains exceptionally busy, and they are looking to expand their team with a talented M&A Associate.

About the Role:

As part of a high-performing team, you will be involved in a range of complex M&A transactions, including advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and corporate governance matters. The role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with senior partners, managing client relationships, and advising on cutting-edge deals across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including term sheets, purchase agreements, and other key M&A documents.

- Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice on corporate governance and M&A-related matters.

- Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and providing practical, business-focused legal solutions.

- Leading and mentoring junior associates while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Actively participating in client development and maintaining the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor.

About You:

You will ideally have:

- 4-7 years PQE within a leading M&A practice or similar environment.

- A strong understanding of M&A, private equity, and corporate law.

- Proven experience managing complex transactions, drafting legal documents, and interacting with clients.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
