Salary: up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A leading logistics and supply chain organization in Dubai

Job Description:

• Lead design and execution of integration strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and commercial requirements during transition phases.
• Harmonize business processes, KPIs, and operating procedures between merging entities.
• Champion cultural alignment by facilitating communication, engagement sessions, and leadership onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Must be bachelor's degree at least in Business or related course
• At least 8 years total experience in M&A integration
• Should have related experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation industries/ The Big 4 with logistics' client experience
• Expert in post-merger integration programs across multi-country operations is preferred
