Machine Bending Operator in Glass Manufacturing Company.

Job Summary

Operate tools / Machinery in order to aid in the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities

· Coordinate with the supervisor or Production Manager to determine which projects are to be operated.

· Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble or move materials.

· Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed.

· Must ensure and check raw materials for defect/damage and its correct dimensions prior to loading and operating the Machine.

· Operate Machine as pe the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the Company in a safe manner in order to aid in the manufacturing process.

· Check output to spot any machine related mistakes or flaws.

· Report Program inconsistency or any machine related issues to the Production supervisor or Programmer.

· Monitor the machine operation process to ensure quality and accuracy.

· Observe and follow safety rules and regulations.

Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications:

· Machine Operator must be technically inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery since problems with machinery may arise.

· Must be able to analyze situations and find solutions

· Knowledge of Safe machine standard.

· Ability to work and Communicate well with others

· Aptitude for problem-solving, computers and mechanics.

· Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Proficiency with hand tools.

· High School Diploma

· Certification in Machine Technology is preferred.

. Minimum 3years of experience in a similar role, preferably in glass manufacturing or machine operation in required.
