Machine Builder

Job Status: Full Time

Job Overview:

Midway Machine Technologies is seeking a full time Machine Builder to perform all activities relating to the custom build of machines, including: troubleshooting, rebuilding, repair, fabrication, installation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

-Machine assembly, milling, turning and welding

-Reading complex print assemblies, detailed drawings, and schematics

-Machine troubleshooting, rebuilding, repair, installation and service

-Qualified candidates must be skilled or set up apprenticeship training

Key Requirements:

-High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.

-Prior vocational training or certification desired, but not a requirement

-Ability to read print assemblies, detailed drawings and schematics

-Prior fabrication and assembly experience preferred

-Basic working knowledge and fundamentals of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

-Ability to accept direction and to complete tasks as assigned while working as part of a team or individually

-High level of self-motivation and problem-solving skills

-Excellent work history, including attendance
