Machine Designer / Engineer

Concept Automation Systems, established in 1994, is a small Carson City, NV manufacturer of automated equipment used in packaging, labeling and product assembly. We seek a machine designer with at least 1-year of applicable experience.
ME degree or substantial verifiable design experience of automated machinery and devices.
Interesting work creating solutions to ever-developing changes in packaging and manufacturing, especially as companies try to reduce staffing.

Collaborative environment requires hands-on involvement bringing new designs to life, so practical mechanical skills are important. Electrical, PLC and motion control experience are a big plus, as are machine shop skills.

Requires: Strong SolidWorks skills
