• Monitoring & Quality Control: Watch machines during operation, make real-time adjustments, trim excess threads, and visually inspect finished pieces for defects or quality issues.
• Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, oiling, and basic troubleshooting of machines to prevent downtime.
• Material Management: Organize threads, hoops, and other supplies, and report low stock.
