- Setup & Preparation: Read job orders, select appropriate threads/fabrics, load designs, hoop materials, and prepare machines for production.
- Operation: Run single or multi-head embroidery machines, ensuring accurate stitching of logos, names, or decorative designs.
- Monitoring & Quality Control: Watch machines during operation, make real-time adjustments, trim excess threads, and visually inspect finished pieces for defects or quality issues.
- Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning, oiling, and basic troubleshooting of machines to prevent downtime.
- Material Management: Organize threads, hoops, and other supplies, and report low stock.
