Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary:
Shag Infotech is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning models that drive business and marketing solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and developers to integrate ML models into production.
• Prepare and process large datasets for training and evaluation.
• Optimize model performance and accuracy using best practices.
• Develop AI-driven tools for marketing automation and customer insights.
• Monitor and maintain model performance over time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and model deployment tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, or computer vision is a plus.
