Machine Learning Engineer

Resposibilities :

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI workflows to support business objectives.
• Develop efficient, clean, and scalable Python code for data processing, model training, and deployment.
• Build and maintain automation systems, data pipelines, and AI-driven tools.
• Analyze datasets, generate insights, and improve model performance using advanced ML techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver smart, automated solutions.
• Monitor model accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and continuously fine-tune performance.
• Document all workflows, models, and processes in a clear technical format.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends, frameworks, and technologies to ensure continuous innovation.

Requerments :

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
• Hands-on experience in machine learning model development, testing, deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Good understanding of LLMs, natural language processing, automation tools, and AI integrations (optional but preferred).
• Experience with APIs, data scraping, and integrating ML models into live environments.
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Previous experience in AI, software engineering, or data science roles is an advantage.
