Machine Learning Engineer

We're hiring a Tech Lead-ML. Engineering to work with one of our clients a well-funded Al startup operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, private equity, and the energy transition. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of ML and data platforms.

What You'll Do

Lead technical design and architecture for ML/data platforms

Mentor and guide a growing engineering team

Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment

Own end-to-end delivery of key platform components

Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and ML. infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.

Stay hands-on-review code, debug production issues, ship features

Evaluate and integrate new technologies, including Generative Al tools

What We're Looking For

7 to 8 years in ML Engineering, Data Engineering, or Backend Engineering

Proven technical leadership experience mentoring teams, driving architecture

Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala

Deep expertise with data pipeline frameworks (Airflow, Spark, Kafka)

Experience building and scaling web services for ML inference

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of NLP, Generative Al tools, and modern ML practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

Pay: Up to ₹5,034,593.41 per year
