Role Summary

The Machine Learning Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI models and intelligent automation systems that support sales forecasting, pricing optimization, proposal generation, customer insights, service operations, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications
• Develop AI agents and workflow automations using LLMs and modern AI frameworks
• Create integrations between internal systems and AI services
• Prepare, clean, and manage structured and unstructured data
• Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams on AI use cases
• Support prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval systems
• Document technical systems and deployment standards
• Assist with AI adoption initiatives and end-user support across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in machine learning, software engineering, or AI application development
• Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and workflow automation tools
• Experience deploying production-grade applications
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred
