Job Title: Technical Lead Manager – AI & Delivery

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-calibre Technical Lead Manager to spearhead our AI development initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of 10–12 AI developers and engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of complex machine learning solutions. This role is a hybrid of deep technical mentorship and strategic project management, requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between sophisticated AI research and real-world customer needs.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance for AI/ML projects (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, etc.).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices in model training, deployment, and scalability.
• Solve complex technical bottlenecks that the team encounters during the development lifecycle.

2. Team & Task Management

• Manage a multidisciplinary team of 10–12 AI developers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Oversee daily operations using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring sprints stay on track.
• Handle performance evaluations, career development, and resource allocation.

3. Customer Engagement & Requirement Discovery

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Translate vague business problems into structured technical requirements.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate value to stakeholders.

4. End-to-End Delivery

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from initial ideation to production deployment.
• Present high-impact customer demos that showcase technical capabilities in a business-centric way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, DevOps) to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years in software development, with at least 3-4 years specifically in AI/ML and 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), MLOps, and the current Generative AI landscape.
• Familiarity with Python, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Management Skills: Proven track record of managing teams of 10+ members and delivering enterprise-grade software.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain "the 'why' behind the AI" to non-technical customers and executives.
• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-time delivery of AI milestones and production deployments.
• Customer satisfaction scores following PoCs and Demos.
• Team retention and technical growth of direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
