Machine Learning Threat Intelligence Engineer

Position Overview Senior Machine Learning Engineer responsible for designing, building, and supporting production-grade machine learning and generative AI solutions. This role focuses on model governance, risk management, and regulatory-aware AI implementations while working closely with data scientists and software engineers in a large, collaborative team. This is a hands-on engineering role supporting models deployed to production and contributing across the full ML lifecycle, from design through release and ongoing support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, orchestrate, and implement machine learning solutions for production environments
• Implement and support generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions in production
• Ensure model governance, risk management, and regulatory considerations are incorporated into all solutions
• Provide ongoing support for models deployed to production applications
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical delivery
• Support release planning, coordination, and hands-on execution during release windows
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers within a large, cross-functional team

Required Skills (5 7 years):

• Experience implementing production solutions using generative AI and LLMs
• Strong experience with machine learning solution design, build, orchestration, and implementation
• Experience building solutions with model governance, risk management, and regulatory adherence
• Hands-on experience with GPT 5.x LangChain RAG / RAGAS

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services
• Azure AI Search, AI Agent Service, Document Intelligence, Content Safety
• Microsoft Agent Framework / Foundry
• LangGraph ChromaDB Redis Elasticsearch Arize Deepeval

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

Education: Bachelor's degree required
