About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist/Engineer to support our data infrastructure and analytics for our conversational AI platform. You’ll help build and maintain our data pipelines and analysis systems.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Implement data collection and processing pipelines
• Assist in training data preparation
• Help develop evaluation metrics
• Support A/B testing implementation
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards
• Implement data validation processes
• Work with ML engineers on data pipeline optimization

Required Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or analytics
• Solid programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with data processing pipelines
• Knowledge of statistical analysis
• Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards
• Experience with database systems

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience with text data processing
• Basic knowledge of NLP concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Experience with real-time data processing
• Knowledge of data privacy practices
