Machine Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of injection molding machines and molds to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Corrective Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions in machines and supporting systems.
• Mold Maintenance: Perform maintenance on molds, including installation, removal, cleaning, and ensuring they are free from debris to maintain product quality.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues during the production process to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Quality Control: Ensure machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) are set correctly to produce parts that meet customer specifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
