Machine Maintenance - Engineer

Qualification :

Diploma or BE Mechanical

Required minimum experience of 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance
• Send spares requisition to purchase as per required spares
• Follow up for spares & maintenance spares in stock
• Maintain machine & equipment history card
• Root cause analyses Breakdowns
• To get outsourcing person for maintenance of equipment or machinery whenever major breakdown
• Provide training for operators for minor repair work or handling of equipment and machinery
• Inspect machinery and equipment's to prevent breakdown [checklist for machinery ]
• Installation and testing of new equipment and machinery
• Get servicing done of machinery and equipment on time schedule.
• Get main meter reading taken daily in log book.
• Statutory requirements and liasoning with government authorities
• Knowledge of repair of Lathe, drilling, CNC, VMC A& SPM machines etc
• Minimum & maximum stock management spares
• Electrical safety knowledge
• Preparation of Preventive maintenance plan
• Internal Audits of management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
