Machine Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for:
• Mechanical Presses
• Hydraulic Presses
• Lathe Machines
• Milling & Drilling Machines
• Robotic Welding Machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations by minimizing downtime.
• Conduct machine inspections, calibration, alignment, lubrication, and coolant management.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown analysis reports.
• Follow all safety procedures including LOTO and equipment safety standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacements.
• Support the production team by ensuring machine reliability and performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance within a Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read machine drawings, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience handling Robotic Welding Systems (ABB / FANUC / Yaskawa preferred).
• Good problem-solving ability and willingness to attend urgent breakdowns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TPM / Preventive Maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, welding processes, and Hydraulic Machines.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
