Machine Operator

· Responsible for startup and shut down procedure.

· Monitor the process parameters throughout shift and filled in the data sheet.

· Troubleshoot of QC defects as per instructions.

· Inspect the visual quality of finished products and report to the supervisor.

· De-flash of the plastic parts to proper dimensions.

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

· Perform assembly of products

· Perform general maintenance to machines and equipment as directed by supervisor.

· Prepare DPR and submit to supervisor

· Record all the shift activities to the next shift operator.

· Monitor the machine setting before start up.

· Inspect if any maintenance required in the machine and auxiliaries.

· Involve in Daily meeting.
