Machine Operator

Looking for Machine Operation – Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate UV flatbed printers (Mimaki, Roland, Durst, HP, EFI, etc.) and Operate CNC Machine

• Material Handling – Knowledge of substrates like acrylic, wood, glass, aluminum, PVC, foam board, and fabric.
• File Preparation – Understanding of RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, Wasatch, etc.), color management, and print-ready file setup.
• Color Calibration – Ensuring accurate CMYK, spot colors, and white/varnish layers for high-quality output.
• Maintenance – Performing routine cleaning (printheads, UV lamps, rollers) and troubleshooting print quality issues.
• Cutting & Finishing Knowledge – Familiarity with post-print finishing such as trimming, laminating, and mounting.

Quality Control

• Checking print alignment, sharpness, and color consistency.
• Detecting and correcting banding, ink curing issues, or substrate defects.
• Ensuring durability and adhesion of UV inks on different materials.

Safety & Efficiency

• Knowledge of UV curing safety (UV light exposure precautions).
• Efficient time management for high-volume production.
• Understanding material wastage reduction techniques.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail & precision.
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to follow client specifications and adapt quickly to custom jobs.
• Communication with designers and production team for seamless workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
