About the Role:
PROVACU LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS INDUSTRY LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to support production operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant functioning of manufacturing equipment within a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure efficient operation of automated and semi-automated equipment used in blood collection tube assembly.
• Maintain strict cleanroom discipline and comply with GMP, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
• Accurately record production data, machine logs, and batch documentation.
• Identify, report, and escalate equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Cleanroom experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP, and quality standards.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
