Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Pasting Machine Operator to run our ZH-1100XC Folder Gluer (Crash Lock Bottom) machine. The operator will be responsible for machine setup, operation, maintenance, and ensuring smooth, high-quality pasting and folding work for luxury packaging products.

Main Duties:

Operate and monitor folder gluer/pasting machines (ZH-1100XC or similar).

Set machine for different job types: straight-line, crash lock bottom, 4 corner work.

Adjust feeding, gluing, and folding systems to maintain high-quality output.

Inspect finished products to meet required standards.

Perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance of the machine.

Troubleshoot mechanical and alignment issues during production.

Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

2–5 years’ experience operating folder gluer or pasting machines in a printing or packaging setup.

Knowledge of machine setup, adjustment, and glue application (cold glue system).

Ability to handle different paperboard types

Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet production targets.

Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Preferred:

Experience using ZH-1100XC or similar models

Experience with premium paperboard packaging.

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• PASTING MACHINE OPERATOR (FOLDER GLUER): 1 year (Required)
• PRINTING & PACKAGING FIELD: 2 years (Preferred)
